Overweight is also called as obesity. It is the main cause to get all the health problems. There are some fat components in our body to keep the body to function properly, but if the fat deposits exceed the limit it can directly lead to obesity. Obesity is not only affecting the adults, it is also common among the kids. To identify the obesity of children it is advised to check the Body Mass Index first.

In previous days the increasing rate of obesity was less, but in modern days the development is drastically increased.

There are two major factors that lead children to become more obese. These are the main reasons for obesity, because there are no chances to burn the calories without doing any physical workouts.

This takes to severe hypertension and creates some unwanted health problems like drowsiness in the day, snoring and even heart attack, headaches, diabetes, gall bladder problems, high blood pressure and polycystic ovary syndrome. It is most important to avoid obesity of children as it may lead them to loose their self-esteem and it can create some psychological problems and even damage the future of the kid.

This is basically because of the lifestyle and family heredity. Also the food habits of the children are not in a satisfactory manner. Most of the children love to intake fast foods and sugar-based foods.

It is important to diagnose the obesity in the initial stage itself to avoid some unwanted health problems particularly in kids. You can identify the stage of obesity by going through some simple methods like Body Mass Index, calculation body fat percentage, calculating through height-to-weight tables.
