Romantic Budget Date
Contrary to what a lot of guys think, you don’t need to dole out major moolah just to have a romantic date with your partner.
Sure, women appreciate grand gestures and fancy dates, but more often than not, it all boils down to the effort and thought that their partners put into planning the date.
So if you don’t have the money to take her to a fancy restaurant or go on a romantic trip somewhere, there are still tons of fun and romantic activities you can do that screams of sweetness and will make her weak in the knees.
Let loose and have fun in an amusement park
This may sound too cheesy for some people, but it’s still actually a good idea for a date especially if you’re not on a very intimate level yet. Going to an amusement park spells out the most essential element of going on dates, which is F-U-N. An amusement park is also an ideal first date destination because it’s not too noisy that you won’t be able to talk at all, and neither is it too quiet to allow uncomfortable lulls in the conversation while getting to know each other.

Never underestimate the good ol’ trip to the movies
Some people think that this is the most unoriginal date idea, but it actually still works with the women. Why? It gives off a casual vibe; making plans to watch a movie somehow shows that you spent time planning the date without going overboard and obsessive-compulsive about the planning part. We suggest you skip the love-drama genre and go for the funny flick. This is also a good way of finding out your date’s sense of humor. Afterwards, you can just casually go for a walk through the park or grab a snack at a nearby diner.
Take her to a band gig or art exhibit
This idea will work especially if your partner is the artsy fartsy type. However, there are some people who think that art can be highfalutin, so make sure you gauge your partner’s interests too. This date idea is probably more suitable for a second or third date, when you already have an idea of the type of music your date is into. If you manage to score tickets to a gig or concert of your date’s favorite band or artist, you can already rest assured that this is one date that your partner won’t easily forget.
There are a lot of things you can do on a date when you’re on a budget. It’s all a matter of knowing what your date is into and letting your creativity take over the planning process.
