A food for every person
Have you realized that people have a favorite food that they enjoy? Many people have a favorite food because it tastes good or it’s easy to make but what about types of people? What do groups of people like? Can you determine what the groups of people like just by looking at the activities that they do? Depending on what you do in life there is a food that will give you energy if you’re a runner, power your brain with vitamins and minerals, and if you’re just a night owl, you need some nocturnal energy to keep your mind and body functioning during the late hours.
Now if you’re the long distance runner or a very active person there are curtain foods you should eat to keep up your energy throughout the day. Your body needs energy from the time you get up until you go to bed so you need pastas and other things that are high in carbohydrates. When you eat pastas and cereal to boost your energy you will feel like charged for the whole day.
If you are a night owl then you need different vitamins and minerals than a person who works and exercises all day long. A night owl needs energy to carry them through the night when other people are sleeping. Vitamin B1 is one of the essential minerals you need to keep you bright eyed and bushy tailed through the long hours of the night.
What if your job consists of sitting in an office chair like a secretary or a loan officer? Yes you can get up and move around but you are exercising your fingers and your mind more than your body so you need different nutrients for your body to keep your mind and fingers working into the day. You need to eat more vitamin B and C to keep your mind up to the potential so you can do your job for 8 hours a day.
