How to lose weight
As you know, losing weight is a difficult process and it requires strong nerves and a lot of patience. I was fat some time ago and want to share my tips with you. They really work!
First of all, consume carbohydrates in the morning so it gives your body adequate time to burn them during the day. For instance, in the breakfast eat oatmeal and fruits avoid fatty margarine or vegetable oil. In the noon, you can eat potatoes or rice no more than ½ portion, some vegetables and protein as well. Finally in the evenings, strive not to consume carbohydrates, vegetables and protein would be good again.
In the beginning you may feel hungry, but you mustn’t give up. Once you start it, trust yourself and finish it. At the times when you fell really hungry eat fruits.
If you are someone who likes tea or coffee, try to drink them without adding sugar.
The last but not the least tip is that you must always motivate yourself and you may ask for your friends support.
