Surya namaskara – surya namaskar is one of the most recommended techniques in yoga for healthy living. This particular technique has got twelve different positions with standing, bending forward and backward movements. It is good to control your weight. This also activates your endocrinal glands.
These yoga techniques need to be done on daily basis regularly. You can choose morning or evening to do them. However, if you do it in the morning you can feel fresh for the whole day. Generally in the evening time your body will be more flexible to do any type of exercise.
