Obesity is your arch enemy!
Have you ever asked yourself the following question? Why do people are becoming fatter? And, have you ever given some reasonable answers? I am sure you have. What answers did you give? Let me guess, they sit in front of the television all day long or it is because of the stress at work. Actually, you can give quite a lot of answers. But the real answer is hidden in your lifestyle.
If you are willing to lose some weight in the following weeks or months, you had better not count on the miracle pills or not go on a diet you suffer hunger. Try to change the way you live. Strive on changing your eating habits. Ask yourself questions about the differences between the days you were slim and today when you are fat. Calculating the calories you consume everyday is of no help. Or trying to burn the energy you get from the food by running around the park and get yourself exhausted. Just do change your lifestyle! I do not mean do not do exercise or do not go on diets, of course exercises and watching your appetite help you to become healthier but first of all you must take the needed precautions and change your lifestyle.
As the title suggests, obesity is your archenemy. Around forty percent of the American population is now affected by obesity and the numbers in other countries are increasing. Obesity causes a lot of problems and five hundred thousand people die of obesity in the US every year. Before it kills you, you kill obesity!
